What days do classes meet?

Lower elementary students, ages 5 – 7, meet every Tuesday from 9:00am – 12:30pm.

Upper elementary students, ages 8 – 11, meet every Thursday from 9:00am – 12:30pm.

Middle and high school age students are able to take classes on both Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am – 12:30pm.

How long is each session?

Elementary school students enroll for a full year. Lower elementary students (5 – 7) meet every Tuesday from September 2019 – May 2020. Upper elementary students (8 – 11) meet every Thursday from September 2019 – May 2020.

Middle and high school classes are taught on semesters. Each semester is 15 weeks. Classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday from September 2019 – December 2019. Classes continue meeting every Tuesday and Thursday from January 2020 – April 2020. The specific dates are outlined on the calendar.

Do parents need to stay and volunteer?

No, this is an academic/enrichment drop off program.

What time is drop off and pick up?

Drop off between 8:55 – 9:00am. Pick up is at 12:30pm

Will students have homework?

Elementary school students will be given some assignments to be completed at home. These assignments are designed to extend and maximize classroom learning.

Middle/high school students will be expected to complete reading and writing assignments at home in preparation for the next week of class.

What school supplies are needed?

School supplies are not included in the cost of tuition. Upon admission to the group a list of school supplies will be provided to each student.

How do I pay for classes?

You will receive a PayPal invoice. Classes can be paid securely through PayPal. A variety of payment options are available through PayPal.

Do classes need to be paid all at once?

The registration and insurance fees must be paid to complete enrollment. Although full payment is prefered, tuition can be paid monthly.

Elementary tuition must be paid in full by March 2020.

Middle/high tuition must be paid in full by March 2020.

Do you offer discounts?

  • Multiple children – Registration is $125 for the first child and $100 for each additional child. A 10% discount is applied to the total cost of tuition for all the students you enroll.
  • Referral – There is a 5% referral discount. If a family enrolls because of your referral, an additional 5% will be taken off the total price of tuition for all of your children.

Is the use of technology permitted?

Yes. We believe in a healthy balance of technology integration and classic teaching practices in the classroom.
