About Jocelynn
I'm an educator and the founder of Custom Teaching Solutions. In more than 18 years in education, I have served as a classroom teacher, professional learning facilitator and creator, instructional support professional, consultant, and speaker. Through every role, my focus has stayed the same: helping teachers, coaches, and school leaders build classrooms where every student is seen, supported, and challenged to grow.
My work brings together professional development, coaching, strategic consulting, and practical tools, all grounded in the AnchorED for Achievement framework. I also host The Culture-Centered Classroom podcast and speak at conferences across the country.
